but I'll offer this. You can buy smaller turbos for low end power and less lag, or bigger turbos for more lag and more power at higher rpm ... or you can keep your stock turbos, since they are presumably in good shape (search, you'll see guys getting incredible power from stock turbos with the right mods), and use that $2k or so for other mods. Definately go with 740 injectors (if your mods require bigger injectors), 3" expansion DP's, IC's, and at least a pop charger intake, and a cat-back. You can consider Selin intake, TP's, light flywheel, eibach springs, which will get you to $5k. Stick with vendors known on this site, and ask questions BEFORE you buy. 96 has OBD II, which limits some things you can do. Search that topic and read up on it.
